Amy Frank is in her 6th year as an Innovation Coach for Crystal Lake Elementary District 47. Previously, she spent 8 years as a classroom teacher in grades 3-5. Technology has always been a passion of hers well before she started teaching.  Over the years, Amy has worked to build her skill set through self-taught discovery, professional development opportunities and educational coursework.   As a technology enthusiast, she believes that it is essential to incorporate technology into the education of our students.  Amy has found that not only does a successful integration ignite a spark in students, but it also fosters the 6 C’s (character, citizenship, creativity, communication, collaboration, and critical thinking).  Within her current role, she supports all members of her district by providing instructional support and professional development for their technology integration needs.
