Participants in this session will explore professional learning strategies to engage, inspire and build community within a school or district. As an interactive workshop, participants will experience activities as their staff members would during professional development opportunities. Participants will leave with a deep understanding of professional learning along with proven research to enhance the development of teachers. The following four pillars will serve as the framework for the session: inviting investment, pushing possibilities, interesting interactions and maintaining momentum.
