Education leadership has changed greatly since the turn of the millennium, heck how about just in the last five years! Today's education leaders must be able to create a shared vision, lead change, build capacity in others, create coherence in the change process and build an adaptive culture. This can be accomplished with the utilization of digital tools. In this brief overview, several digital tools will be shared to provide options for the leader to consider. Attendees may choose to dive deeper into some tools versus others, and time can be spent for this purpose. Whether it be social media or connectivity tools, the expectation for today’s leaders is to adopt a digital tool or two in order to reach more members of their community as well as to seek support and development for themselves from outside the same group.
