Professional Development also has to be innovative if we're going to expect teachers to model best practices for their students, but far too often it falls into the same traps as teaching. Here's a quick walk-through on three engaging practices Technology and Innovation Facilitators (Tech-Coaches) used to help push their colleagues to a higher level of engagement with classroom technology.
