Using Innovative Technology to Engage Students in the Algebra Classroom

Learn new ways to keep students engaged during algebra class. Presenters will illustrate how they incorporated innovative technologies by coding with Sphero, Breakout Edu, the ShowMe app, and other fun activities into algebra class. Participants will get a hands-on approach using Spheros and Breakout Edu materials. Examples are from a co-taught algebra class with numerous special education students. This session is aimed at high school students but it also applicable to middle school students.
