#ClimateChange: Cultivating a Positive Climate through Coaching

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
While the ultimate purpose for coaches is to influence professional learning to impact student learning, the conditions must be right.  In order to do so, coaches must cultivate the climate in order to develop a safe school workplace for teachers to embrace change and move towards growth and improvement.  In this session, coaches will share practical strategies to help their schools shift towards a positive collaborative face to face and online learning environment for teachers and students.  We will outline our coaching staff’s purposeful development of culture through strategies such as on-boarding new staff, developing collaborative PD, celebrating teacher success, and advocating for teachers while providing a connecting link between teachers and administration.
