Leading is like being a Survivor contestant. This session will give you activities, tools, and strategies that can be used tomorrow or next year. Learn how to establish alliances, carry the torch through tough times, and understand the importance of confessional. This session will help you create a positive culture and climate in your school...earning immunity as a building leader. In this session participants will be actively engaged in tools that will allow them to thrive, not just survive, as current or aspiring administrators. In one hour attendees will have take away activities/ways to build a positive culture/climate within their school, tips on ways to connect with like-minded educational leaders, and time saving strategies that allow us to streamline our workflow and increase our efficiency.
