Feedback form is now closed.
Want to enhance student writing in early childhood and the primary classroom? Well, let us share how we made our writer’s workshop successful with our youngest students. One way is to use bookmaking to increase writing skills. In our session, we will be sharing our experience with making books, and help you get started with your students by referencing research and resources from leading experts. You will leave our session with information on book making along with mini-lessons, mentor texts and other resources to help you be successful in your classroom! To help us take book making to the next level, we will introduce digital tools to motivate and enhance student writing and publishing. In this workshop, we will also be exploring how students can use Book Creator, Seesaw and other digital tools to share and publish writing. Come and explore why book making is so important!
