Redefining the Paperless Classroom with OneNote

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

OneNote is a powerful digital notebook teachers and students can use to stay organized, collaborate, and create. OneNote redefines what it means to have a paperless classroom by imbedding content into the page, digitally inking, and using Immersive Learning Tools. Learning Tools provides an improved reading and writing experience for all students. This presentation focuses on the use of Microsoft OneNote as a digital inking program to enhance students’ access, organization, and engagement in science class.  It will also highlight the way in which the science department has gone almost completely paperless in just one year with shared experiences from teacher, Jill Alexander. Jill is a science teacher at Argo Community High School primarily teaching Biology, Physics, and Chemistry to students in grades 9-12.  Argo has 1:1 Microsoft Surface Pro devices.
